Win-Situ® 5.0 takes a fresh new approach to monitoring instrument control software with a large, easy to read display, icon based buttons, and friendly wizards. The basic functions--Home (real-time data view), Logging, Calibration, Setup, and MyData--are organized by five large tabs at the top of the screen. When connected, the unit type and serial are displayed on every screen. A dashboard includes the time of the instrument along with battery and memory gauges.

HydroPlus® CE


HydroPlus® CE software integrates a Microsoft Windows® CE computer, a multiparameter water quality probe, and a GPS receiver. Have one user interface no matter what brand of equipment you have.

Use most any hand held running Windows® CE.net or Mobile operating system to interface with an In-Situ, YSI or Hydrolab multiparameter water quality probe. HydroPlus gives you full PC access for direct communication for data recording and sensor calibration. Features are also included for soaking data from logging multiprobes.

Record both water quality parameters and GPS locations with the click of a button. Data can be used with your GIS. Easily navigate to your sampling points or store new waypoints for future use. GPS accuracy depends upon the GPS system integrated with the HydroPlus software.

During a logging run using HydroPlus CE, a button can be tapped on the display to send the current water quality readings to the Ricoh 500SE camera via a wireless Bluetooth connection with your Windows device. After confirmation is given on the 500SE, the data is stored with the next photo you take. Photos and data can be used with Google Earth or ESRI GIS software using optional desktop image processing software.
